Criteria for Funding
Please review this criteria prior to applying for funding
Funding requests less than $50,000 can be submitted at any time and will be assessed following submission. Successful projects will be funded after the evaluation criteria has been satisfied and the Board approves the funding.
Funding requests in excess of $50,000 can be submitted between January 1st – September 1st. All the entries will be reviewed and assessed at the end of this period. Some will be projects selected for further due diligence. All projects will be carefully considered. The funding target date will be December of each calendar year.
Prior to Funding
Before applying for funding, please review our criteria.

You are an organization that supports women, children, animals, or health research.
You are also based in BC or you support people and animals in BC.

You are an existing organization that can provide an annual report or written status report.
We monitor and assess the progress and outcomes on a regular basis.

You are willing to provide financial statements.
We review financial statements to understand the percentage of funding going directly to the project and to measure the impact of the donation.
After Award
We like to maintain an ongoing partnership to follow projects from funding, completion and impact.

You are willing to provide us accountability with impact measures.
We expect all recipient organizations to be agreeable to report their performance and outcomes on a regular basis, and will look for impact statements, project progress reports, and scheduled updates.

You are willing to maximize the impact of our donations by promoting your projects and finding further partners.
We expect our recipients to create public awareness of their achievements and advancements. In addition, these funds go to worthy charities that strive for profound results.
